This article reports the use of different blood groups of red blood cells, the same strain of Plasmodium falciparum in vitro culture, comparison of the blood group erythrocytic protozoan infection rate. The results showed that all four blood groups were sensitive to Plasmodium falciparum infection. However, in the short-term culture test, the infection rate of type B red blood cells was higher and the rate of type O blood infection was lower at the seventh day (D_6) sampling. The difference between the two was significant. Type A and type AB were type B and O-type between. However, once every four days to add fresh red blood cells, continuous long-term culture, no significant difference between the various blood groups. Mixed blood and frequent changes in blood group had no significant effect on the growth of P. falciparum.
