随着国家高速公路网的建设发展,高速公路内部管理机构的设置及如何管理也越来越受到各级高速管理单位的重视。要实现高速公路内部机构的有效管理,就要建立有机的内部组织结构,实现绩效化的路政管理。基于此,本文将结合个人的工作实践和对高速公路内部机构管理的分析研究,就如何加强高速公路内部机构的绩效管理进行探讨,希望能为各高速管理单位的内部机构管理提供借鉴和参考。
With the construction and development of the national highway network, the establishment and management of the internal management agencies of expressways are also increasingly valued by high-speed management units at all levels.
