目的:探讨64层螺旋CT在诊断冠状动脉起源、走行异常中的价值。方法:回顾性分析2007年8月8日至2009年2月1日行冠状动脉64层螺旋CT血管造影检查患者的结果,共635例。对每位患者图像行容积重现(VR)、多平面重建(MPR)、曲面重建(CPR)心脏及冠状动脉,分别观察冠状动脉起始部位、走行情况。结果:635例冠状动脉各段清楚显示,发现冠状动脉起源异常共23例(23/635,3.6%),以起源于主动脉窦上方为主;发现心肌桥共132例(132/635,20.8%),以左冠状动脉前降支(LAD)心肌桥为多,共127例(127/132,96.2%)。结论:64层螺旋CT显示冠状动脉与心脏关系直观、准确,在诊断冠状动脉起源、走行中有重要价值。
Objective: To explore the value of 64-slice spiral CT in diagnosing the origin and abnormality of coronary artery. Methods: A retrospective analysis of the results of coronary artery 64-slice spiral CT angiography in patients from August 8, 2007 to February 1, 2009 was performed in 635 patients. The volume of each patient’s image was reconstructed (VR), multiplanar reconstruction (MPR), surface reconstruction (CPR) heart and coronary artery, respectively, to observe the starting position of coronary artery. Results: All the 635 cases of coronary arteries clearly showed that there were 23 cases (23/635 and 3.6%) of abnormal coronary origin originated from the aortic sinus. There were 132 cases of myocardial bridge (132 / 635,20.8 %), And left anterior descending coronary artery (LAD) myocardial bridge more, a total of 127 cases (127 / 132,96.2%). Conclusion: The 64-slice spiral CT shows that the relationship between the coronary artery and the heart is intuitive and accurate, which is of great value in diagnosing the origin of coronary artery and walking.
