The 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China made a comprehensive plan for the building of a socialist country with a strong culture and put forward such measures as strengthening the construction of the socialist core value system, comprehensively raising citizens’ moral qualities, enriching the people’s spiritual and cultural life, and enhancing the overall strength and competitiveness of the culture Request. We must conscientiously study and implement the spirit of the 18th CPC National Congress, fully exploit Fujian’s red cultural resources and do a good job in educating the people with the history of the Party so as to make contributions to promoting the scientific development and leapfrog development of Fujian.
