利用传统的PID控制算法进行钢水流量计算机控制,由于钢水流量需求存在较大的非线性和耦合性,无法用准确的数学控制模型进行描述,从而降低了钢水流量控制的精度,导致冶金产品质量很难达到标准。为了避免上述缺陷,提出了一种基于改进PID控制算法的钢水流量计算机控制方法。详细阐述了改进PID控制器的设计方法,利用模糊化处理和模糊逆变换处理方法,计算准确的基于改进PID算法的控制参数,从而实现钢水流量的计算机控制。实验结果表明,利用本文算法进行钢水流量控制,能够提高钢水流量控制的准确性,取得令人满意的效果。
Because of the large nonlinearity and coupling of the demand of molten steel flow, the traditional PID control algorithm can not be described by the accurate mathematical control model, which reduces the precision of the molten steel flow control and leads to the high quality of metallurgical products Difficult to meet the standards. In order to avoid the above defects, a method of computer control of molten steel flow based on improved PID control algorithm is proposed. The design method of PID controller is expounded in detail. The fuzzy control and fuzzy inverse transform are used to calculate the accurate control parameters based on the improved PID algorithm, so as to realize the computer control of the molten steel flow. Experimental results show that using this algorithm to control the flow rate of molten steel can improve the accuracy of molten steel flow control and achieve satisfactory results.
