在通信导航气象优质服务活动第二阶段中,西南空管局紧紧围绕“安全第一,服务先行”这一主题,结合西南局开展的为机组创造优良宽松飞行环境做贡献活动展开优质服务。8月28日上午,通信导航处召集通信总站、管制中心的有关人员,特别邀请西南航空公司航务部的领导和员工就航务管理、成都至拉萨航线高频通信问题及通信服务工作在一起交换看法,征求意见。西南空管局李小鹏副局长也参加了会议并发了言。通过交流,增进了双方在各方面的沟通,加强了今后工作中的配合。使航空公司进一步了解空管发展情况和有关行业规定,也使我们服务跟上用户的需求,变工作被动为主动,为飞行安全提供更可靠的安全保障,为用户提供更优质的服务。
In the second stage of meteorological quality service activities of communications and navigation, SWAC closely focused on the theme of “safety first, service first” and combined with the activities carried out by the Southwest Bureau to create a fine and relaxed flight environment for the crew to carry out quality activities service. On the morning of August 28, the Communications and Navigation Administration convened the relevant personnel from the communications terminal and control center and specially invited leaders and staff of the navigation department of Southwest Airlines to exchange views on air traffic management, high-frequency communications from Chengdu to Lhasa and communications services ,solicit opinions. Southwest Air Traffic Control Li Xiaopeng, deputy director also attended the meeting and made a statement. Through exchanges, the two sides have enhanced their communication in all aspects and strengthened their coordination in their future work. This will enable airlines to further understand the development of ATC and relevant industry regulations. It will also enable our service to keep up with the needs of users and change our work from passive to active, providing more reliable safety and security for flight safety and providing better service to users.
