分层教学是成功教育的重要方法,它的精髓是因材施教。作为教育者,我们倡导“以人为本”和“多元智能”的教育理念,尊重人的能力、品行差异,给出不同层面的学习选择,为全体学生提供成为“成功人士”的可能,并使成功变得更易实现。实践证明,分层教学能形成一种良性的学习循环,造就学生能力的培养,促成学生“学习目标行为”的能力形成和建立,从而改善中职生学习被动的局面,大面积提高教学效果。
Layered teaching is an important method of successful education. Its essence is teaching students according to their aptitudes.
