探讨了光纤激光飞行焊接技术在Gamma座椅骨架制造中的应用。针对座椅骨架的结构特点,确定了该产品的制造工艺路线,并对系统的选择与集成,夹具的设计与改进,以及系统的程序设计和轨迹控制等方面作了探索性研究。结果表明,所建立的焊接系统完全满足产品的量产要求,并在焊接质量、生产效率和成本等各方面体现出明显的优势。
The application of fiber laser flying welding technology in the manufacture of Gamma seat skeleton was discussed. According to the structural characteristics of the seat frame, the manufacturing process of the product is confirmed, and the exploratory research is made on the selection and integration of the system, the design and improvement of the fixture, the programming of the system and the trajectory control. The results show that the established welding system fully meets the requirements of mass production, and shows obvious advantages in welding quality, production efficiency and cost.
