目的 研究缺血性脑血管疾病所致的流利型失语的听觉理解功能对复述的影响。方法 用失语量表分为初评、 1月及 1年 3个阶段评估了 37例康复组及 2 9例对照组的失语患者的听觉理解功能与复述功能。结果初评时两组患者在理解、复述各项无显著性差异 ,至 1月和 1年评估时康复组评分与对照组呈显著性差异 ,复述功能随听觉理解力的恢复在高频长、短句 ,低频长、短句 ,错误句及无意义句也显著恢复。结论 听理解功能的康复可促进复述功能的恢复
Objective To study the influence of fluent aphasia of auditory comprehension on the rehearsal caused by ischemic cerebrovascular disease. Methods The aphasia questionnaire was divided into primary evaluation and auditory comprehension and paraphrase function in 37 cases of rehabilitation and 29 cases of aphasia in three phases of January and January.
