目的探讨老年人急性胆囊炎的临床特点。方法对黑龙江省建三江分局中心医院近四年来共收治60岁以上急性胆囊炎患者87例的临床表现及治疗进行回顾性分析。结论老年人对急诊胆囊手术一般都能耐受,早期手术及防治术后并发症可降低死亡率。
