目的本文旨在探讨乌贼墨制剂(SIP)对小鼠大剂量环磷酰胺(CP)化疗损伤的保护功效。方法昆明小鼠(22±3)g随机分组,试验组每天灌胃给予SIP(1.0、1.5和2.0g.mL-1)0.5mL.只-1,共15d,并腹腔注射环磷酰胺0.45g.kg-1,共3次。试验结束后,检测外周血象、脏器指数、骨髓DNA含量、血清过氧化氢酶(CAT)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、肌酸激酶(CK)、谷丙转氨酶(GPT)、谷草转氨酶(GOT)等活性及尿素氮(BUN)含量,并与模型组比较。结果大剂量环磷酰胺腹腔注射对外周血像、骨髓细胞以及血清中若干酶类造成了严重的影响;SIP却能显著地缓解CP对以上所检测指标所造成的毒性损伤。结论乌贼墨制剂可显著缓解大剂量化疗药物环磷酰胺对小鼠正常组织所造成的毒性损伤。
Objective This study aimed to investigate the protective effect of sepia preparations (SIP) on high dose cyclophosphamide (CP) chemotherapy in mice. Methods Kunming mice (22 ± 3) g were randomly divided into two groups: 0.5 mL of SIP (1.0, 1.5 and 2.0 g · mL-1) .kg-1, a total of 3 times. After the test, peripheral blood, organ index, bone marrow DNA content, serum catalase (CAT), lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), creatine kinase (CK), alanine aminotransferase (GPT), aspartate aminotransferase GOT) activity and urea nitrogen (BUN) content, and compared with the model group. Results Intraperitoneal injection of high dose cyclophosphamide caused serious effects on several peripheral blood samples, myeloid cells and several enzymes in serum. However, SIP significantly reduced the toxicity of CP induced by the above indexes. Conclusion The sepia preparation can significantly relieve the toxic injury induced by high dose chemotherapy cyclophosphamide in normal mice.
