最近,温家宝总理就国家税务总局《关于税务系统加强精神文明建设受到中央文明委表彰有关情况的报告》做出重要批示,要求“国家机关要重视和加强精神文明建设,以此推动政府职能转变,改善政府工作。”在2005年12月27日召开的中央国家机关精神文明建设经验交流会上,国务委员兼国务院秘书长、中央国家机关工委书记华建敏强调,中央国家机关广大党员干部要认真贯彻温家宝总理的重要批示精神,在落实科学发展观、推进政府职能转变和政风建设中,坚持立党为公、执政为民,切实加强思想政治、能力、政风、道德和队伍建设,引导党员干部争做好学上进、勤政廉洁、求真务实、开拓创新、团结协作、勤俭节约的模范,为完成中央国家机关各项任务提供强大的思想保证、精神动力和智力支持。会上,中央国家机关有关部门介绍了以精神文明建设推动职能转变和政风建设的经验。本刊将陆续刊登这些部门的经验和做法,以更好地推动中央国家机关精神文明建设活动的开展。
