目的综合评价人类白细胞抗原基因DRBl座位(human leukocyte antigen DRB1,HLA-DRB1)基因多态性与乳腺癌的关系。方法检索中国生物医学文献数据库、万方数据库、超星medalink数据库和Pub Med数据库,根据纳入排除标准对文献进行评价,对符合纳入标准的文献进行信息提取。应用Rev Man 5.2软件对符合条件的研究结果进行Meta分析。结果共纳入7项研究报道HLA-DRB1基因多态性与乳腺癌的关联。根据Meta分析结果,乳腺癌病例组与对照组比较,具有更高的HLA-DRB1*03、HLA-DRB1*09基因型比例(OR=1.50,95%CI:1.14~1.97,P=0.004;OR=1.51,95%CI:1.06~2.17,P=0.02)。结论 HLA-DRB1*03和HLA-DRB1*09基因型可能是乳腺癌发生中的危险因素。
Objective To evaluate the relationship between human leukocyte antigen DRB1 (HLA-DRB1) gene polymorphism and breast cancer. Methods The Chinese biomedical literature database, Wanfang database, superdome medalink database and Pub Med database were searched. The documents were evaluated according to inclusion criteria, and the information of the documents meeting the inclusion criteria was extracted. Meta-analysis of eligible studies was performed using Rev Man 5.2 software. Results A total of seven studies reported the association of HLA-DRB1 gene polymorphism with breast cancer. According to the result of meta-analysis, the proportion of HLA-DRB1 * 03 and HLA-DRB1 * 09 genotypes in breast cancer patients was higher than that in controls (OR = 1.50,95% CI: 1.14-1.97, P = 0.004) = 1.51, 95% CI: 1.06-2.17, P = 0.02). Conclusion HLA-DRB1 * 03 and HLA-DRB1 * 09 genotypes may be risk factors in breast cancer.
