高中体育教学于新课标的引导下,由昔日的单一健身为目的的主导理念,转变为生理健康、心理健康及社会责任三方的指导思想,阐述高中体育教学对学生心理健康的影响及促进作用。
Guided by the new curriculum standard, the high school PE teaching has changed from the dominant concept of single fitness in the past to the guiding ideology of three aspects of physical health, mental health and social responsibility. The impact of high school PE teaching on students' mental health and its promotion are explained.
