目前国外对低压铸造法的研究主要在以下两个方面: 1.研究金属充型时的水力学规律和金属与铸型的热交换规律。目的是求得合理的工艺参数,以便得到优质的铸件; 2.使设备进一步完善和自动化,提高易损件寿命,以进一步提高生产率。此外,由于汽车零件中有许多内腔,形状复杂,一般采用金型外模配砂芯,对芯子及涂料也作了试验研究。以下就以上述内容作一介绍。
