一、2004年总体运行状况2004年以来,国家针对房地产投资的高速增长,采取了加大宏观整治力度、严格控制建设用地等一系列调控措施,并取得了一定成效。我市房地产投资虽然保持了一定的规模,但增速明显回落。全市房地产投资增速高开低走,总体呈现逐月回落态势。1-11月,累计完成房地产开发投资1151.3亿元,比上年同期增长20.8%。
I. Overall Operational Situation in 2004 Since 2004, in response to the rapid growth of real estate investment, the state has taken a series of measures to control macroeconomic regulation and control and strictly control land for construction. Some achievements have been achieved. Although the real estate investment in our city has maintained a certain scale, the growth rate has obviously dropped. The city’s real estate investment growth slowed down, showing an overall trend of month-by-month drop. From January to November, the accumulated investment in real estate development reached 115.13 billion yuan, an increase of 20.8% over the same period of last year.
