为了评估CRTSⅠ型水泥乳化沥青砂浆灌注质量,同时采用小模型板(800 mm×600 mm×50 mm)与工程实际使用大板(4 962 mm×2 400 mm×50 mm)进行砂浆灌注,通过揭板试验考察大板和小模型板两者砂浆质量的相关性。结果表明:采用大板灌注的砂浆有起皮和泌水现象时,小模型板同样有起皮和泌水现象,通过小模型板灌注揭板效果来判断大板砂浆施工质量是基本可行的;但小模型板断面均匀不能表明大板砂浆无气泡夹层,其相关性还有待深入研究。此研究对现场监控砂浆施工质量具有重要意义。
In order to evaluate the perfusion quality of CRTSⅠ cement mortar asphalt mortar, mortar was perforated by using a small model plate (800 mm × 600 mm × 50 mm) and a large plate (4 962 mm × 2 400 mm × 50 mm) Plate test examines the correlation between mortar quality for large and small formwork panels. The results show that when the mortar with large plate has peeling and bleeding, the small model plate also has the phenomena of exfoliation and bleeding. Judging the construction quality of large plate mortar through the effect of small model plate perfusion unloading plate is feasible. However, the uniformity of the cross section of the small model plate can not indicate that there is no bubble interlayer in the large plate mortar, and the correlation has yet to be further studied. This study is of great importance to the quality of site monitoring mortar construction.
