本文调查了1981～1983年庐江县60岁以上老年人口的主要死因、特点及规律,分析了前三位主要死因对老年健康的危害情况.恶性肿瘤、心脏病和脑血管疾病占老年总死因的74.71%,是威胁本县老年健康的三大主要死因,尤以前二者危害更为显著,分别成为男女性别的首位死因.胃癌和食管癌占老年男女恶性肿瘤死亡总数的78.71%和74.66%;肺心和高心占老年心脏病总数的85.68%;老年脑血管疾病死亡占该病死亡总数的75.36%.恶性肿瘤占老年各年龄组死亡总数的百分比随着年龄的上升而减少,心脏病和脑血管疾病却随着年龄的上升而增加.
This paper investigates the main causes of death, characteristics and laws of the elderly population over the age of 60 in Lujiang County from 1981 to 1983 and analyzes the hazard of the first three major causes of death on the elderly health.C Malformation, heart disease and cerebrovascular diseases account for the total death of the elderly 74.71%, which are the three major causes of death in the elderly in the county, especially the former two are more dangerous and the first cause of death are male and female respectively.Gastric cancer and esophageal cancer account for 78.71% and 74.66% of the total deaths of the malignant tumors of the elderly. Pulmonary heart and high heart accounted for 85.68% of the total number of elderly heart disease; death of elderly cerebrovascular disease accounted for 75.36% of the total number of deaths.The percentage of malignant tumors in the total number of deaths in all age groups decreased with age, heart disease and Cerebrovascular disease increases with age.
