[目的]探讨仿真排粪造影在功能性便秘检测的应用价值.[方法]选取 2015 年 5 月至 2017 年 5 月于本院接受便秘检查 85 例患者的临床资料,其中传统的钡剂排粪造影检查 43 例,仿真排粪造影检查 42 例.对比不同检测方法的检测结果以及检测过程中的指标变化.[结果]仿真排粪造影患者的排粪排空时间为(9.2±2.1) s,显著高于钡剂排粪造影的(3.1±0.4)s,两者比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05).仿真排粪造影所用造影剂其黏滞力为(239±10.3)g,钡剂排粪造影所用黏滞力为(15.1±3.2)g,两组对比差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);钡剂排粪造影剂多表现为液态,而仿真排粪造影造影剂则呈现为柔软的半固态,呈条状排出.仿真排粪造影功能性便秘检出率为 96.5%(82/85)显著高于钡剂排粪造影的 80.0%(68/85),差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.617,P <0.05).[结论]仿真排粪造影在临床治疗功能性便秘时能够取得更为准确的检测效果,同时操作简便,价格低廉,值得临床应用推广.“,”[Objective]To explore the application value of emulation defecography in the detection of function-al constipation.[Methods]The clinical data of 85 patients with constipation from May 2015 to May 2017 were se-lected.Among them,43 cases were examined by traditional barium defecography and 42 cases by virtual defecog-raphy.The results of different detection methods and the changes of indicators in the detection process were com-pared.[Results]The time of excretion emptying in patients with virtual defecography was (9.2±2.1)s,which was significantly higher than that in barium defecography (3.1±0.4)s (P <0.05).The viscosity of contrast agent used in emulation defecation was (239±10.3)g,and that of barium defecation was (15.1±3.2)g.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05).The contrast agent of barium excrement was liq-uid,while the contrast agent of simulated defecation was soft and semi-solid,which was striped out.The detection rate of functional constipation by virtual defecography was 96.5%(82/85),which was significantly higher than that of barium defecography (80.0%)(68/85),and the difference was statistically significant (χ2=4.617,P <0.05).[Conclusion]Virtual defecography can achieve more accurate results in clinical treatment of functional consti-pation.At the same time,the operation is simple,the price is low,and it is worthy of clinical application.
