一、本文复习了1978～1984年我院610例腭裂修补术的病例,发现术后出血患者共22例,占手术总数3.6%。其中以鼻腔侧伤口出血最多,计17例。本文所指术后出血均系术后在病房伤口出血且需止血处理者。 22例中出血量最少15ml,最多200ml,平均约40ml。 出血时间1例为术后7天,2例为术后5天,4例为术后第二天,其它均在术后当天。 出血部位:口腔侧5例、口腔侧伴鼻腔侧1例、前鼻道4例、鼻腔侧软硬腭交界处12侧。 二、出血的有关因素 有肝炎病史、月经提前、碘仿纱条脱出、硬物擦伤创面、组织瓣外翻感染后出血各1例,因前鼻道未作缝合或缝合不良5例,鼻腔侧软硬腭交界处暴露菱形创面术后血管扩张出血12例。虽有鼻腔侧不做缝合或创面暴露而无出血者,但毕竟造成出血机会,应予重视,特别是鼻腔侧硬软腭交界处的菱
