目的:建立杉寄生中落新妇苷的含量测定方法。方法:采用HPLC法,以SHISEIDO-SPOLAR C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)为色谱柱,以甲醇-0.2%磷酸水溶液(70∶30)为流动相,流速:1.0 mL/min,检测波长:290 nm,柱温为:35℃,进样量:10μL。结果:落新妇苷的进样量在0.246-0.738μg范围内与峰面积具有良好线性关系,r=1.000,平均回收率为99.12%,RSD%=0.73%(n=6)。结论:所建立的HPLC法简便、准确、重现性好,可用于杉寄生的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of acestryne in Cunninghamia lanceolata. Methods: The HPLC method was developed on a SHISEIDO-SPOLAR C18 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) with methanol-0.2% phosphoric acid (70:30) as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 mL / 290 nm, column temperature: 35 ℃, injection volume: 10μL. Results: The injection of astilbin had a good linear relationship with the peak area in the range of 0.246-0.738μg. The average recovery was 99.12%, RSD% = 0.73% (n = 6). Conclusion: The established HPLC method is simple, accurate and reproducible. It can be used for the quality control of Cunninghamia lanceolata.
