目的建立柴黄软胶囊中黄芩苷(Baicalin)HPLC含量测定方法。方法用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂;甲醇-0·03%磷酸溶液(50:50)为流动相;检测波长278nm,测定柴黄软胶囊中黄芩苷的含量;供试品溶液制备用甲醇超声提取。结果线性范围0·13～1·17μg,γ=0·9998,线形关系良好;回收率为99·4%,RSD=0·99%。结论本法专属性强,简便快速,精密度良好。
Objective To establish a HPLC method for determination of baicalin in Chaihuang soft capsules. Methods The octadecylsilane bonded silica gel was used as the filler; the methanol-0.33% phosphoric acid solution (50:50) was used as the mobile phase; the detection wavelength was 278nm; the content of baicalin in Chaihuang soft capsule was determined; Prepare ultrasonic extraction with methanol. The linear range was 0·13～1·17μg and γ=0·9998. The linear relationship was good. The recovery was 99.4%, RSD=0.99%. Conclusion This method is highly specific, simple and rapid, and has good precision.
