传统压铸件普遍存在卷气、缩松缩孔等缺陷,真空压铸技术是在传统压铸的基础上增加抽气系统发展而来的,主要解决成型过程中快速抽取型腔中的气体,使合金液在真空条件充型从而减少铸件的气孔、氧化夹杂等缺陷。本文分析了国内外真空压铸技术发展的现状,以及国内真空压铸技术发展所遇到的瓶颈,针对低压高速模具设计进行关键技术探析。
