随着我国科学技术的不断发展,愈来愈多的新工艺、新技术受到冶金、机械行业的欢迎。在国内引进的高速镦锻生产线就有十几条,AMP—30型每年可生产轴承套圈毛坯约1200万套,可节省轴承钢2000t以上。它具有高效率、高自动化、高质量等特点,已成为中小型轴承套圈锻件大量生产的最有效的方法。要保证在高的速度生产出高精度的轴承毛坯,必须保证模具有足够长的寿命,模具材料的好坏是模具寿命的基本。目前国内外常用的热作模具材料如:3Cr2W8V、эH958、H13、H11、H10等已满足不了新工艺的要求,因此,试制一种新型的热作模具钢3Cr3Mo3W2V,其合金元素是在3Cr3Mo3V(西德X 32CrMoV 11)的基础
