目的:建立HPLC法同时测定清热解毒片中黄芩苷和连翘苷含量。方法:色谱柱:Kromasil C_(18)柱(250mm×46mm, 5μm);流动相:甲醇-乙腈-水-磷酸(65:15:19.5:0.5);流速:1.0ml·min~(-1);检测波长:230 nm。结果:黄芩苷线性范围1.42~22.78μg(r=0.999 8),平均回收率为98.2%,RSD=1.2%(n=5);连翘苷线性范围1.12~17.92μg(r=0.999 5),平均回收率为95.9%,RSD=1.0%(n=5)。结论:方法专属性强、准确、快速,适用于清热解毒片的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for simultaneous determination of baicalin and forsythin in Qingrejiedu tablets. Method: Column: Kromasil C18 column (250mm×46mm, 5μm); mobile phase: methanol-acetonitrile-water-phosphoric acid (65:15:19.5:0.5); flow rate: 1.0ml·min~(-1) Detection wavelength: 230 nm. Results: The linear range of baicalin was 1.42~22.78μg (r=0.999 8). The average recovery was 98.2%, RSD was 1.2% (n=5), and the linear range of forsythin was 1.12~17.92μg (r=0.999 5). The average recovery was 95.9% with RSD=1.0% (n=5). Conclusion: The method is highly specific, accurate, and rapid. It is suitable for quality control of Qingrejiedu tablets.
