目前,铁路施工机械化程度高,控制精度严格,这对铁路施工企业的设备配置和管理提出了更高要求。尤其是高铁建设,诸如大型桥梁的运、架、提设备的投入使用,对设备采购和管理的要求更加严格。因此,提高设备技术水平,加强设备管理控制,是保证工程顺利进行的必要保证。设备配套铁路施工企业要实施可持续发展,设备规划应与企业的战略发展、科技创新规划相协调。设备规划应加强横向联合,重点发挥现有设备能力,在全面盘活现有设备的基础上,再考虑添置新设备。
