各矿井所采用的现有皮带运输机除尘装置的缺点,是没有检查所运煤炭湿度的元件。这便导致煤的过湿。由于过湿产品的价格低而在经济上不合算。 在矿工无烟煤生产联合公司的“波斯特尼克夫斯卡娅”矿井中,长时间使用AO—3型喷水设备变换系统(见图1)。这种变换系统检查便运物料的湿度及运输机皮带是否滑动。为了确保变换系统稳定工作,则采用较为可靠的—3A型电气液压阀。
The shortcomings of the existing belt conveyor dust removal device used in each mine is that there is no component to check the humidity of the coal transported. This leads to over-wet coal. Due to the low price of over-wet products, it is economically unprofitable. In the “Postnikovskaya” coal mine of the miner’s coal anthracite production company, the AO-3 sprinkler system was used for a long time (see Figure 1). This conversion system checks the moisture content of the transport material and whether the conveyor belt slides. In order to ensure the stability of the transformation system, the more reliable type-3A electric hydraulic valve is adopted.
