After China’s accession to the WTO, the influences to every industry or trade and enterprise have been analyzed and appropriate measures will be taken. This article makes a full and accurate exposition of WTO and four principles to be followed. Mr. Zheng Guowei, chief-engineer of the former Ministry of Machinery Industry, focused on some issues of Protocol on the Accession of the People’s Republic of China and listed the construction machinery products in the Schedule for Phased Elimination of Non-Tariff Measures and Import Duty Rate of concerned construction machinery products. To be sure all these should be very helpful to us.
