为研究开槽对多孔表面沸腾传热过程的影响 ,把不均匀多孔结构内的两相流动和传热视为在大尺度上的均匀介质内的流动和传递过程 ,用一种当量的双孔隙方法导出了双孔隙多孔介质汽液两相流动的一维模型 ,分析了双孔隙结构介质两相流动特性 ,讨论了结构参数对毛隙压力作用下的沸腾传热的影响。确立了最佳开槽密度与多孔层高度、渗透率和流体物性的关系 ,所得结果更接近实验值
In order to study the effect of slotting on the boiling heat transfer of porous surface, the two-phase flow and heat transfer in the non-uniform porous structure are regarded as the flow and transfer process in a homogeneous medium on a large scale. Methods A one-dimensional model of two-phase porous media with vapor-liquid two-phase flow was derived. The two-phase flow characteristics of the two-porous media were analyzed. The influence of structural parameters on boiling heat transfer was also discussed. The relationship between the optimal slot density and the height of porous layer, permeability and fluid properties was established and the results were closer to the experimental values
