The new MAX high-rises combine historic urban structures with the already-built high-rise buildings surrounding commercial banks. Symbiosis, intertwining, and overlapping at various scales are the subject of this design. The base of the building is a reflection of the architectural silhouette of the historic district. The 14th and 26th floors of the two-part building are ’integrated’ for several generations of high-rise buildings in Frankfurt over the past decades, with 200-meter-high buildings in tall buildings
