5′一去氧脲嘧啶核苷(5′-DFUR)是由Cook 等于1979年合成的一种新的5-Fu 的衍生物。作者与其他实验室获得的结果表明:以化疗指数为指标,本药对各种不同肿瘤模型都优于5-Fu。本文对5′-DFUR 在小鼠细胞介导和体液免疫方面的抑制效应进行了实验,并与5-Fu 和呋喃氟脲嘧啶(FT-207)加以比较。1.对鸡红细胞(CRBC)的迟发型过敏反应:于BDF_1,小鼠左足底部注射10~8CKBC 致敏,4日后再用10~8CRBC 于右足底部攻击,所发生的迟发型过敏反应是计算攻击24小时后足底部增厚情况。在用CRBG
5 ’A deoxyuridine (5’-DFUR) is a novel 5-Fu derivative synthesized by Cook in 1979. The results obtained by the authors and other laboratories show that the chemotherapeutic index is superior to 5-Fu in various tumor models. In this paper, the inhibitory effect of 5’-DFUR on mouse cell-mediated and humoral immunity was tested and compared with 5-Fu and furfluurate (FT-207). 1. Delayed type hypersensitivity to chicken erythrocytes (CRBC): In BDF-1, the mice were sensitized with 10-8CKBC at the bottom of the left foot and challenged at the bottom of the right foot with 10 ~ 8CRBC after 4 days. The delayed-type hypersensitivity reaction was a calculated attack 24 hours after the foot thickening of the situation. Using CRBG
