本文叙述了快速控制PID程序设计。生产过程往往要求全程控制时间最优,而且又不能产生积分饱和。为解决这个问题,本程序采用分程控制的方法,即在给定值上下设两个偏差带,在偏差带外采用两位控制,这样适当调整两个偏差带的大小,可以达到全程控制时间最优和超调量最小,并且对积分无影响。在偏差带内采用变速积分的PID算法,这样可以完全消除积分饱和。本程序已用于流态化粒子炉的温度控制,取得较好效果。
