人才在中小企业的生存发展过程中起着越来越重要的作用,吸引人才成为中小企业普遍关注的重点。笔者在中小企业人才现状分析的基础上,找出中小企业在吸引人才方面存在的问题,并提出相应的解决策略。
Talent plays an increasingly important role in the survival and development of small and medium-sized enterprises, and attracting talent has become a common focus of SMEs. Based on the analysis of present situation of small and medium-sized talents, the author finds out the problems that small and medium-sized enterprises have in attracting talents and puts forward the corresponding solutions.
