目的研究P16蛋白、nm23蛋白和PCNA在鼻咽癌(NPC)患者组织中的表达,探讨它们之间的关系,并探讨其表达结果与鼻咽癌淋巴结转移及预后的关系。方法应用免疫组织化学SP法检测100例鼻咽癌患者和20例慢性鼻咽炎患者的病变组织中P16蛋白、nm23蛋白和PCNA的表达水平。结果鼻咽癌组织中P16蛋白阳性表达率为31.0%(31/100),伴颈淋巴结转移者的P16蛋白阳性表达率低于无颈淋巴结转移者;生存期<5年者的P16蛋白阳性表达率低于生存期≥5年者。鼻咽癌组织中nm23蛋白阳性表达率为77.0%(77/100),伴颈淋巴结转移者的nm23蛋白阳性表达率低于无颈淋巴结转移者;生存期<5年者的nm23蛋白阳性表达率低于生存期≥5年者。鼻咽癌组织中PCNA的标记指数为(71.6±10.4)%,伴颈淋巴结转移者的PCNA标记指数高于无颈淋巴结转移者;生存期<5年者的PCNA标记指数高于生存期≥5年者。鼻咽癌组织中的PCNA标记指数越高,癌细胞越容易转移,患者预后越差。结论鼻咽癌组织中P16蛋白、nm23蛋白的低表达与鼻咽癌颈淋巴结转移和预后差有关,PCNA的高表达与鼻咽癌颈淋巴结转移和预后差有关。
Objective To investigate the expression of P16 protein, nm23 protein and PCNA in nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) patients and to explore the relationship between them and the relationship between the expression of P16 protein and lymph node metastasis and prognosis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Methods Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of P16, nm23 and PCNA in 100 cases of NPC and 20 cases of chronic nasopharyngitis. The positive rate of P16 protein in patients with cervical lymph node metastasis was lower than that in patients without cervical lymph node metastasis. Conclusion The low expression of P16 protein and nm23 protein in nasopharyngeal carcinoma is related to poor metastasis and prognosis of NPC. The high expression of PCNA is related to the metastasis and poor prognosis of cervical lymph node.
