随着“互联网+”时代的带来,我国的经济得到了一定的促进与发展。而我国的知识产权市场规模也在不断扩大,知识产权市场向多元化方向发展,在互联网时代背景下,知识产权的侵权问题也屡见不鲜,尤其是影视作品的版权问题。而本文主要针对于此,分析了当前影视作品的版权保护现状,并且提出了互联网视野下影视作品的版权保护对策,从而能够为我国的影视作品的产权保护工作提供积极的帮助。
With the “Internet + ” era, our economy has been some promotion and development. However, the scale of China’s IP market is also expanding. The IP market is diversified. Against the backdrop of the Internet era, IP infringement is also commonplace, especially in the field of film and television works. However, this article mainly analyzes the current situation of the copyright protection of the film and television works and puts forward the countermeasures of the copyright protection of the films and TV works in the internet field, which can provide positive help for the property rights protection of the film and television works in our country.
