对比了高炉渣干法粒化与干熄焦技术的特点,发现高炉渣的理化性能与焦炭差距很大,因此高炉渣的干法粒化不能采用干熄焦路线。根据高炉渣的用途,干法粒化路线可分为回收热能、生成水泥原料等技术路线。单独回收热能技术,可不考虑高炉渣的玻璃化;仅考虑作为水泥原料,则可不考虑回收热能,因此技术难度降低,便于工业化。高炉渣作为水泥原料同时回收热能技术路线,理论上经济效益最高,但是技术难度很大。
The characteristics of blast furnace slag dry granulation and CDQ technology are compared. It is found that the physical and chemical properties of blast furnace slag are very different from that of coke, so dry granulation of blast furnace slag can not adopt the CDQ line. According to the use of blast furnace slag, dry granulation route can be divided into recovery of heat, generating cement raw materials and other technical routes. Independent recovery of thermal energy technology, can not consider the vitrification of blast furnace slag; only consider as a raw material for cement, you can not consider the recovery of heat, so the technical difficulty is reduced, easy to industrialization. Blast furnace slag as the raw material of cement while recovering thermal energy technology route, in theory, the highest economic efficiency, but the technical difficulty is great.
