随着城市化进程的发展,由于社会价值、用地价值的变化,不难发现,城市会呈现出由中心开始向外扩张的现象,并且中心区域会呈现出高密度、高容积、多功能复合性等特点。商住综合体是此现象中一种较为常见的建筑形式,它可以提高城市空间使用效率,但是商住综合体的底层往往由大体积的商业空间占据,与以往的城市居住公共空间相比,交流空间受到一定的限制。本文选取了深圳市商住综合体裙房屋顶架空层公共空间的发展作为研究切入点,希望通过对该空间演变的研究,能对综合体的设计有所启发。

Commercial-residential complex is a common form of building in this phenomenon, which can improve the efficiency of urban space use, but the bottom floor of commercial-residential complex is often occupied by large-scale commercial space. Compared with the urban public space in the past, Exchange space is subject to certain restrictions. This paper chooses the development of public space in the roof of the commercial / residential complex in Shenzhen City as the starting point of the study. It is hoped that the study of the spatial evolution can inspire the design of the complex.
