为了贯彻落实省政府关于今年年底前开工建设河口村水库的指示精神,2007年9月26日省水利厅召开了河口村水库前期工程初步设计方案评审会。会议由省水利厅副厅长主建武主持,副巡视员郭坡、总工程师王宪章、济源市委、市政府及厅规划计划处、建设处、河口村水库筹建处等负责同志参加了会议。
