目的:观察引导骨再生术(GBR)在牙周骨严重缺损患者修复前外科的临床应用效果。方法:选择因牙槽骨破坏吸收严重致牙齿松动不能保留,拔牙后牙槽骨缺损量大,高度、丰满度不佳或累及邻牙,不能行满意修复患者13例,拔牙同期在拔牙窝植入Bio-oss骨粉并覆盖Bio-Gide膜,术后2周拆线,3个月,9个月复诊。结果:术后9个月临床检查、X线检查,13例患者植骨区新骨形成良好,明显改善了牙槽骨高度与丰满度,为进行FPD修复提供了良好的牙槽骨条件,术后9个月进行修复治疗,效果满意。结论:GBR技术是一种简单实用的骨增量技术,能有效地改善修复前的骨条件。
Objective: To observe the clinical application of guided bone regeneration (GBR) in the repair of patients with severe periodontal bone defects. Methods: The teeth that were damaged due to the destruction of alveolar bone could not be preserved due to the severe absorption of alveolar bone. The alveolar bone defects after extraction were large, the height and fullness were poor or the adjacent teeth were impacted. 13 cases were not satisfactorily repaired, Bio-oss bone meal and cover Bio-Gide membrane, 2 weeks after suture removal, 3 months, 9 months follow-up. Results: Nine months after operation, X-ray examination and X-ray examination showed that new bone formed in the bone graft area of 13 patients. The alveolar bone height and fullness were significantly improved, which provided good alveolar bone conditions for FPD repair 9 months after the repair treatment, the effect is satisfactory. Conclusion: GBR is a simple and practical method of bone augmentation, which can effectively improve the bone condition before repair.
