患者,男,56岁。因腰脊椎盘突出、腰痛于1996年4月30日住院,采用牵引加药物治疗,长期医嘱:复方氯唑沙宗片2片,3次/d;活性钙冲剂10g,3次/d,口服10d后,患者口腔牙龈根部有疼痛感,继续口服2d后,疼痛加剧,经检查,牙龈周围、咽喉部发生溃疡,吞咽时更疼痛。停用复方氯唑沙宗片,加服维生素B_1片和维生素C片各2片,3次/d,淡盐水嗽口,3d后,疼痛减轻,溃疡面缩小。患者又继续口服复方氯唑沙宗片2片,3次/d,3d后牙龈部又疼痛,溃疡面又扩大。经会诊,诊断为复方氯唑沙宗所致的口腔溃疡。停服本品,继续以上对症治疗,7d后疼痛消失,10d后溃疡消失。 复方氯唑沙宗片由中枢性骨骼松弛剂氯唑沙宗(125mg)和对乙酰氨基酚(150mg)组成。据本品说明
