以耐贮性具有明显差异的美味猕猴桃不同品系果实为试材 ,初步研究了不同品系果实采后生理生化变化规律 .结果表明 ,在果实采后 7d内即达呼吸高峰 ,随之果实硬度迅速下降 ,可溶性固形物与总糖含量增加 ,V- C与总酸均逐渐降低 .耐贮品系呼吸强度较低 ,硬度下降速度较缓慢 ,且后期果实内含物消耗少 .SOD与 CAT随着果实硬度迅速降低而升高 ,该酶可能为一种诱导性保护酶 ,其比值高低影响果实后期的衰老进程 ,比值低的软果贮藏效果较好 .
The results showed that the peak of respiration peaked within 7 days after harvest, and the fruit firmness decreased rapidly with the storage of different fruits of different fruits of Actinidia deliciosa , Soluble solids and total sugar content increased, V-C and total acid decreased gradually.The storages had lower respiration intensity, slower hardness decline and less fruit content in later period.SOD and CAT with fruit firmness Rapidly decreasing and increasing. The enzyme may be an inducible protective enzyme, the ratio of which affects the senescence process of the late fruit stage, and the soft fruit with lower ratio has better storage effect.
