校长课程领导力是校长在处理学校课程事务中所表现出来的能力,常常表现为一系列的专业行为。校长课程领导力的实践表征指的是课程领导力在实践中的呈现方式及其产生的现实效果。中等职业学校校长的课程领导力在实践中常常表现为课程思想引领力、课程规划力、团队建设力、资源整理力、实施执行力、课程评估力等。
Headmaster’s curriculum leadership is the headmaster’s ability to handle school curriculum, often expressed as a series of professional behaviors. The practical characterization of principals’ curriculum leadership refers to how the curriculum leadership is presented in practice and its practical effects. The curriculum leadership of secondary vocational school principals often manifests in practice as the lead of curriculum thought, curriculum planning, team building, resources finishing, implementation execution, curriculum evaluation and so on.
