现阶段,我国在住房供给这一方面,其价格弹性呈现出很大的差异性。而在反映当前新增建设住房量的存量弹性同反应相关建设部门和其他机构之间流量弹性,两者之间不存在必然联系。应该说,随着住房市场的不断发展,其自身的供给特征较于以前已经发展很大变化,而且由于住房存量弹性已经明显降低,因此致使其流量弹性出现明显增加。再加上各大城市之间其弹性大小相应顺序早已发生变化,所以在早期发展速度较快的一些城市,其存量弹性下降的比较明显。与此同时,一些中小型城市由于其市场的逐渐完善和健全,也使得它们在发展过程中出现了存量以及流量弹性都较高的特征。本文就结合住房供给现状,对其供给价格之间的弹性估计进行研究和比较。

In this paper, with the current situation of housing supply, the elastic estimation of the supply price is studied and compared.
