研究了高砷低品位金矿采用焙烧预处理进行氰化提金的工艺。以CaCO3作为焙烧固定剂,Pb(NO3)2作为助浸剂,最佳实验条件为:磨矿粒度为-0.074 mm粒级占90%,焙烧时间4 h,CaCO3用量为矿量的2%,焙烧温度650℃;助浸剂Pb(NO3)2用量200 g/t,预处理4 h,NaCN用量1.2 kg/t,浸出时间22 h,浸出温度20℃,pH=11,液固比2.5,搅拌速度900 r/min,此条件下金的浸出率达到80.67%。
The process of cyanidation gold extraction using high-arsenic low-grade gold ore by roasting pretreatment was studied. CaCO3 as roasting fixative and Pb (NO3) 2 as dipping aid.
