本文简要介绍了程序载荷谱的作用,人工编制方法。叙述了用计算机编制疲劳载荷谱所采用的数学模型、计算方法及精度控制。并与人工编谱结果进行了比较,结果相近,计算机编谱速度快、精度高。有利载荷谱的普及应用。本程序为进一步用微型机进行机械零部件的疲劳寿命估算打下了基础.文中叙述的数学模型、算法原则上也适用其他类型的载荷谱。
This article briefly introduces the role of program load spectrum, manual preparation method. The mathematical model, calculation method and precision control which are used in the compilation of fatigue load spectrum by computer are described. And compared with the results of manual editing, the results are similar to the computer program faster, high precision. The popular application of the load spectrum. This procedure laid the foundation for the further estimation of the fatigue life of the mechanical components by the microcomputer.The mathematical models and algorithms described in the text are also applicable to other types of load spectra in principle.
