目前规范中对强夯高填方铁渣粉煤灰回填地基施工质量检测方法不太明确,围绕包钢新体系大型2250热轧机组地基处理项目,主要开展填料的工程特性试验研究,对强夯施工后的地基进行了现场平板静力载荷试验、瑞雷波检测及超重力动力触探试验,以验证强夯法加固高填方铁渣回填地基的可行性,并对此类地基的检测方法和相关经验公式进行归纳,为类似工程提供借鉴。
At present, the test method for the construction quality of strong filled high-iron slag fly-ash fly-ash backfill foundation is not very clear. The project of foundation treatment of large-sized 2250 hot rolling mill of Baotou Steel New System mainly focuses on the engineering characteristics of the filler. After construction, the on-site static load test, Rayleigh wave test and super-gravity dynamic penetration test were conducted to verify the feasibility of dynamic compaction to reinforce the high-fill iron slag backfill foundation. And related experience formula to provide reference for similar projects.
