随着知识的进步与更新,社会对教师角色的要求不再是单纯的,传道,授业,解惑,而是从教学者逐渐向研究者转型和过渡。教师的教学方法也在由重知识传授向重学生发展转变,并且越来越注重对学生差异性和个性化的尊重和引导。教师即研究者理论研究,不仅改变了教师的教学质量,也改变了学生的学习和生活状态。 With the progress and update of knowledge, the society’s demand for teacher’s role is no longer pure, preaching, teaching and doubts, but from teacher to gradual transformation and transition to researchers. Teachers ’teaching methods are also transferred from heavy knowledge to heavy student development, and more and more attention is paid to respecting and guiding students’ differences and personalities. The theory of teachers, ie researchers, has not only changed teachers ’teaching quality, but also changed students’ learning and living conditions.
