本文采用自编的中国员工工作投入问卷测查了珠三角数十家企业员工工作投入状况。研究表明多元分析的结果:企业类型、职位的主效应显著,其余变量的主效应以及其他交互效应都不显著;外企和民营企业员工在奉献,专注,活力均显著高于国有企业的员工;普通职员和基层管理人员在奉献、兴趣、活力得分显著低于中高层管理人员。
In this paper, self-compiled questionnaire of employee engagement in China has been used to examine the work input of dozens of enterprises in the Pearl River Delta. The research shows that the results of multivariate analysis are as follows: the main effect of enterprise type and position is significant; the main effect of other variables and other interaction effects are insignificant; the employees of foreign and private enterprises are significantly devoted, devoted and energetic than the employees of state-owned enterprises; Staff and grass-roots managers in dedication, interest, vitality significantly lower than senior management.
