系统研究了热处理工艺对SIO-AL_2O_3-MGO-F系玻璃陶瓷组织和性能的影响规律,探讨了材料强度与组织结构之间的关系.结果表明:随着保温时间的延长,云母晶体的长度、厚度及体积百分数逐渐增大,但时间过长这种趋势变化不大;析晶温度的提高有利于云母晶体的形成和生长.而对第二相粒子而言,热处理过程对形核有较大的影响,而对最终的尺寸影响不大.强度不仅和云母晶体的析出密度D、有效直径D有关,而且和第二相粒子的析出百分数F_S,及有效直径D_S,有关,其关系可用下式表示Σ=Σ_1+KDDF_SD_S~(1/2).“,”The effecls of heat-treatment on the microstructures ancl properties of glass-ceramics and relationships between mi-erostructural delails and strengths in the SiO2-MgO-Al2O3-F glass system have been studied. The rsulls showed that with the prolonging of holding lime, the length and depth and volume fractions of mica crystalline gradually increased; the higher temperature was benefited to nuclei and crystallization of mica. However, the processes have much less influences on second phase than that of mica. Bending strength was influenced not only'by density and average diameter of mica crystalline, but by the volume fractions and average diameter of the second phase. And il can be expressed by Ihe following formula, σ = σ1+kDdfsds1/2.
