为了开发利用松树锯末资源,近年来有不少单位都在研究如何消除和减少松锯末中的有害成份。现将我们做的云南松锯末栽培平菇(供试菌种为:热性侧5和凉性Pe-02)的探索情况介绍如下: (一)锯末的预处理:①沸水浸泡与发酵相结合—将经曝晒2~3天的新鲜干燥松锯末盛在容器内,注入沸水浸泡,并加1~2%的石灰粉拌匀(pH12左右),覆盖旧麻袋保温。浸泡1~2天,沥干后再
In order to develop and utilize pine sawdust resources, in recent years, many units are studying how to eliminate and reduce the harmful ingredients in pine sawdust.
